Ingredients
Pillsbury Moist Supreme Classic Yellow Cake Mix
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs
Toppings
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
Instructions
1. Set your oven to 350°F.
2. Prepare pan to keep cake from sticking by lightly coating bottom of pan with no-stick cooking spray.
3. Blend cake mix, water, oil and eggs in a large bowl until moistened.
4. Beat with a mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 29-33 minutes. When toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, your cake is done.
6. Let cool for 10-15 minutes.
7. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until smooth.
8. Spread over cake.
9. Arrange sliced strawberries on top.
10. Drizzle honey for final touch.
